Blockchain Applications in Supply Chain Management: A Bibliometric Analysis of Agility, Sustainability, Resilience, and Viability
摘要
This paper presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis examining the role of Blockchain technology (BC) in enhancing supply chain management across critical dimensions such as agility, sustainability, resilience, and long-term viability. Drawing on publications from 2019 to 2023, the study explores recent trends, key research areas, and the intellectual structure of this emerging field. Using the Scopus database and VosViewer software, a co-occurrence analysis of keywords was conducted to map research clusters and connections. The findings reveal a growing body of literature that highlights BC’s transformative potential in addressing supply chain challenges and enabling greater transparency, traceability, and decentralisation. This study not only identifies opportunities and obstacles across various industries but also offers valuable insights into the evolving landscape of BC-enabled supply chain management. Finally, the paper provides recommendations for future research to advance the understanding and application of BC technology in supply chain systems.
