Proportional fuzzy sets have been proposed for the facilitation of membership degree determination. Proportional intuitionistic fuzzy sets, proportional picture fuzzy sets, proportional Pythagorean fuzzy sets, proportional spherical fuzzy sets and proportional neutrosophic sets have been developed in the literature. In this paper, aggregation operators for proportional intuitionistic fuzzy sets and proportional picture fuzzy sets are developed based on intuitionistic fuzzy Dombi weighted averaging (INFDWA) operator and intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein weighted geometric (INFEWG) operator. Two multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problems are comparatively solved by using these operators.
