This study explores the critical barriers to adopting green hydrogen fuel in Vietnam using an integrated decision-making framework that combines Spherical Fuzzy Sets (SFS) with the SF-Delphi and SF-AHP models. Green hydrogen offers potential solutions for Vietnam's energy transition by reducing dependence on fossil fuels and mitigating environmental impacts. However, various obstacles hinder its adoption. By analyzing barriers through expert opinions and prioritizing them based on their significance, this paper highlights the most pressing issues, including high production costs, insufficient infrastructure, regulatory challenges, public awareness, and technological limitations. It also provides strategic solutions, such as government incentives, investment in infrastructure, public education, and international collaborations, to overcome these barriers. This study offers policymakers, researchers, and industry stakeholders valuable insights to drive green hydrogen adoption in Vietnam.

摘要
