This article dealt with the trans-shipment problem which is the type of transportation problem, where it determines the efficient way to transfer goods across various nodes like demand, supply and intermediate trans-shipment points. In this article, source and destination act as transient node and solved the interval valued pentagonal neutrosophic fuzzy numbers trans-shipment problem by using proposed new score ranking which is converted into crisp values to get optimal and possible outcomes. The solution is provided along with a numerical example.
