Internal learning encompasses various types, including individual, intra-functional, inter-functional, and multilevel learning. Consequently, a key responsibility of strategic management is to guide the organizational learning process. This involves recognizing and distributing resources to essential areas of learning within the organization, which are vital for developing the capabilities required to attain a sustainable competitive edge.
