Wine tourism is a contemporary phenomenon, and its success relies on the effective functioning of the components of the wine tourism system. This implies an integration of the needs and expectations of consumers and the resources of the main organizations. From this perspective, sustainability emerges as an essential regional development tool for improving business performance, environmental awareness and community values. However, despite sustainable wine tourism being a prominent emerging theme, a significant knowledge gap remains. This study explores and contextualizes the impacts of climate change on wine tourism and landscape sustainability. To achieve this, a bibliometric analysis of 10 documents indexed in the Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus databases up to October 23, 2024, was conducted. The study adopts a qualitative and quantitative approach, leveraging tools such as VOSviewer, Rayyan, and EndNote software. The analysis examines quantitative aspects, including publication sources, years, journals, countries, and authors, as well as qualitative dimensions, such as the co-occurrence of keywords, research trends, and implications for future studies. The results indicate that wine tourism serves as a regional development tool capable of fostering sustainability. However, despite this evidence, studies addressing the impacts of climate change on wine regions remain limited.
