Factors Contributing Toward Effective Maritime Simulator Training: A Systematic Literature Review
摘要
Training is vital across all industries, including maritime. Effective training is key to ensuring safe and efficient maritime operations. This study conducts a systematic literature review to explore factors that impact successful maritime simulator training programs. It identifies key factors, such as training material quality, trainer competence, realistic scenarios, and training frequency. Other significant factors include feedback mechanisms, innovative technology integration, and human factors in the curriculum. This study underscores the need for a comprehensive approach to maritime simulator training and advocates for advanced simulation technologies like virtual reality and artificial intelligence to enhance these programs. This literature review offers valuable insights and recommendations for improving maritime simulator training programs.
