Important Aspects of Analyzing and Assessing the Effectiveness of Public-Private Partnership Development and Its Impact on the Ecosystem
摘要
In the current context, where pressing global environmental issues are at the forefront, evaluating the effectiveness of public-private partnerships (PPPs) is inherently tied to promoting sustainable development and the ecological impact of infrastructure initiatives. This allows us to evaluate how successfully PPPs contribute to addressing environmental issues in a specific region, and, more broadly, in a country. According to global standards, public-private partnership projects must meet social and environmental standards and rules. This approach is driven by global policies aimed at sustainable development and careful treatment of the ecosystem. The materials of the article represent a current direction in terms of public-private partnership initiatives through the main indicators of economic and socio-ecological significance. The article substantiates the relevance of not only the effective establishment and implementation of indicators, but also the maintenance of continuous monitoring and analysis of results. Improving the effectiveness of project management occurs under the influence of adaptation to the constantly changing conditions of the internal and external environment. Furthermore, the article identifies challenges in developing tools for assessing the effectiveness of PPPs.
