Study on Circular Building Design Criteria of Human Settlements
摘要
In 2013 and 2021, China announced the “Circular Economy Development Strategy and Near-Term Action Plan” and the “Action Plan for Carbon Dioxide Peak Before 2030,” respectively. Both are pivotal strategies for advancing sustainable development. Against this policy backdrop, the concept of a circular economy is progressively being integrated into the sustainable development strategies of various industries, giving rise to residential circular buildings. This study aims to establish a multi-criteria decision-making evaluation framework for residential circular building projects, which will aid stakeholders in selecting the optimal plan during the pre-project planning phase. In the preliminary stages of the research, mind mapping was employed to integrate project operations, and evaluation criteria were established through group decision-making by project stakeholders. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Eigenvector method were applied to calculate weights, resulting in an evaluation framework comprising 4 dimensions and 24 criteria. The outcomes and contributions of this study is envisaged to serve as a reference for stakeholders in residential circular building projects during the pre-project planning phase, aiding them in selecting the optimal plan.
