The integration of the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), Blockchain, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers a transformative approach to addressing critical challenges in healthcare systems. In this paper, we propose an innovative architecture combining these technologies to ensure real-time patient data management. Our approach consists of monitoring patients continuously, analyzing gathered data in real-time, and generating predictive analytics while ensuring data security and integrity. To do so, our architecture integrates IoMT devices for real-time health data collection, blockchain for secure storage, and AI for predictive analytics to enable proactive and efficient healthcare services.
