This paper explores the intersections of female entrepreneurship, skills development, and artificial intelligence (AI) through a bibliometric analysis that identifies both well-explored research areas and emerging directions for future studies. The findings of this study reveal four major thematic clusters: (1) digital transformation driven by innovation, (2) the role of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurial education, (3) inclusive practices that empower women entrepreneurs, and (4) the development of essential skills for women in the Industry 4.0 era. These results underscore the transformative potential of AI in enhancing the skills and competencies of women entrepreneurs while also highlighting significant challenges, such as limited access to digital resources and a lack of adequate training. This study contributes to the literature by shedding light on these barriers and opening new research perspectives, particularly regarding women entrepreneur’s perceptions of AI-driven skill development.
