To response to contemporary market demands, characterized by intense competition, rapidly evolving consumer expectations, and increasing globalization, companies worldwide are increasingly turning to Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies. The advent of Industry 4.0 (I4.0) has further intensified this pursuit, as organizations seek to enhance operational efficiency and quality through the integration of advanced technologies. However, despite the imperative to adopt LSS4.0 to resolve these challenges, its implementation remains challenging. Insufficient studies exist regarding the influential factors, particularly critical success factors (CSFs) and barriers, impacting the LSS4.0. This chapter endeavors to bridge this gap. A comprehensive literature review identified key CSFs and barriers to LSS 4.0 implementation, which were validated through expert consultations. A survey of companies in Morocco gathered empirical data on the importance of these factors, and through data analysis, a framework was developed to help practitioners navigate the integration of LSS with I4.0 technologies.
