This article explores the development and application of the MoCASA Library, a digital resource designed to support psychological care through the use of immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR) and advanced animation techniques. The library, created specifically to assist adolescents and young adults with social anxiety disorders, features a series of relaxation exercises based on mindfulness and yoga techniques, guided by a virtual character, Sara, utilizing motion capture (MoCap), 3D animation, and virtual environments to enhance engagement and therapeutic effectiveness. The article details the development process, the technical methodologies used, and the potential therapeutic benefits of the MoCASA Library, highlighting its role in expanding the impact of digital mental health interventions.
