Visual thinking curriculum and visual thinking strategies are interactive art appreciation methods developed by the Museum of Modern Art as a way for multiple people to appreciate works of art. In this study, we have developed an art appreciation support system using augmented reality as a smartphone application to enhance learning through interactive appreciation. This system aims to propose a new type of art museum appreciation by applying the recommendation of functionality found in e-commerce websites to real-world art works. This study presents the design and implementation of a smartphone application that supports interactive viewing.
