360˚ nature videos have emerged as a popular medium for digitally mediating nature experiences, offering psychological and well-being benefits. 360˚ nature videos have consistently demonstrated the ability to elicit psychological benefits that are, to a certain extent, comparable to those derived from real-world nature contact. However, producing such videos presents unique challenges, and access to high-quality content that promotes well-being while avoiding side effects like cybersickness remains limited. This paper introduces a repository named 360 Nature Hub, currently under development, which provides free access to a variety of 360˚ nature videos from the authors’ research. Specifically, the paper: (i) outlines the rationale and methodology behind the video creation, (ii) summarizes findings from research studies utilizing these videos, and (iii) discusses challenges and implications for future research and practical applications. This work advances research on 360˚ nature videos by improving access to content designed to elicit psychological benefits, supporting the dissemination of related research findings, and promoting its use in both research and practical contexts.

摘要
