China’s centralized, methodical approach, closely tied to its Belt and Road Initiative, emphasizes mutual growth and global interconnectedness. In contrast, the United States promotes democratic ideals and cultural exchange through educational programs and civil society initiatives. By comparing these strategies, the study examines how governance structures influence public diplomacy and soft power projection in the region, highlighting their respective strengths, limitations, and reception by Middle Eastern nations.
