摘要
Organizational diversity and inclusion programs have emerged as a central priority for companies because they enhance employee development while boosting productivity and shaping the organizational environment. The research investigates how D&I programmes impact employee engagement and motivation as well as Key Performance Indicators within the UK telecommunications industry through a case study of BT Group plc. The research rationale relies on the current emphasis on organizational diversity and its effects on innovation and competitive advantage. The telecommunications sector has not received sufficient study regarding D&I research application which makes this research particularly relevant now. The research tested its hypothesis using quantitative analysis by distributing questionnaires to 50 BT Group staff members who occupied various positions across multiple service lines. Researchers surveyed workforce members regarding their perspectives on D&I as well as their motivation and job performance. The findings revealed issues like inadequate resources for D&I initiatives as well as low visibility of diversity-promoting strategies. Organizations can overcome existing challenges by improving the visibility and sustainability of their D&I programmes while implementing better resource management strategies and monitoring their initiatives more effectively. This research contributes to broadening industry knowledge while providing actionable insights to improve D&I practices.
