Lebanon’s tourism sector, despite its cultural and economic assurance, has significant workforce problems resulting from skills mismatches, obsolete training methodologies, and the implications of extended economic and social instability. This intervention research consists of evaluating the impact of the participatory approach on enhancing service quality and operational efficiency within the Lebanese tourism sector. It also employs the Socio-Economic Approach to Management (SEAM) by combining qualitative data from semi-structured interviews and quantitative assessments, including time management analysis and hidden cost estimations, within a Lebanese travel agency. Findings demonstrate that interactive training interventions markedly reduce internal dysfunctions, augment staff adaptability, and provide measurable enhancements in productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency. The results underscore the strategic significance of investing in human capital development through inclusive training methodologies, offering practical insights for managers, academics, and tourism business owners seeking sustainable competitiveness in developing countries.

摘要
