This article examines AI's function in promoting cross-cultural communication, reducing bias, and improving training, while confronting problems including data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethical issues. Through the analysis of case studies and prospective trajectories, we contend that AI, when ethically incorporated, can enhance human-driven tactics to cultivate inclusive and efficient multicultural teams.
