The increasing rate of advancements in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) are reshaping the corporate governance (CG) by enhancing decision making efficiency. This study aims to explore the integration of AI in the CG frameworks and its implications for enhanced decision-making processes. Through the analysis of corporate governance theories—Agency Theory, Stakeholders Theory, Resource Dependance Theory—this study focuses on highlighting how AI-driven CG enhances accountability, transparency, and resource optimization. Using qualitative research design, this study provides the board members and C-Suite executives with semi structured interviews that yield insights into AI’s role in governance decision making. The findings expect demonstration of AI reduction of oversighted risks, optimizing stakeholder’s management and making data driven decisions. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse of AI’s transformative role in CG and its potential to drive ethical and strategic decision making.
