The 40-year-old female patient complained of rashes on the left thigh for 1 week. The rashes erupted at the site of discomfort, “heat,” and itching which started about 3 days prior to the first rashes. The rashes were just about three at the outset but have increased in number. The rashes congregated on only the affected part. She had an imprecise pain which she said was more of “mild fiery pain.” The pain was tolerable and the pain score was just about 2 of 10. She did not have any other local symptoms, neither did she have constitutional symptoms like fever, malaise, weakness, or nausea preceding the symptoms or as at when she made the presenting complaints in the clinic.
