In this chapter, I present two cases. Case number 1 of Tourette syndrome (TS) and case number 2 of child abuse. The clinical characteristics of TS are described and the differential diagnosis dealt with. I have also dealt with culture-bound syndromes like Amok, Koro, etc. I have presented a case of child abuse as it is an important topic requiring mandatory reporting of the incident and there are a variety of legal measures that are available for removal of a child from home. The way they present, the site, type and distribution of injuries. The sociocultural factors that are associated, and the parents of child abuse victims are discussed in question answer format.
