They command the relation between the patient’s hemodynamics and the ventilation, spontaneous or mechanical indistinctly. The understanding of this concepts is essential, to optimize the positive pressure nor negative pressure on patient’s airway, and to reduce the hemodynamic iatrogenic potential. Finally, the cardiopulmonary interactions play a key role on the patients hemodynamic monitoring.
