Labia majora aesthetic and functional alterations have few classifications available inside the scientific literature. Currently the only considered alteration is the degree of laxity according to the pinch test, and a standardized and reproducible system for labia majora hypertrophy is crucial to understand all the anatomical alterations to allow the surgeon to perform a good surgical planning according to the patient’s needs.
