Advanced Data Analysis in Quantitative Research
摘要
Bridging theory, methodology, and application, this chapter offers a thorough and pragmatic investigation of advanced data analysis methods in quantitative research. Traditional statistical approaches can fail to capture the dynamic interaction of factors in real-world data as modern research issues become more complicated. The chapter presents and discusses several multivariate techniques including Multiple Linear Regression, MANOVA, Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling with their conceptual underpinnings, assumptions, software implementation, and interpretative depth in mind to meet this difficulty. Ensuring that researchers use methods correctly and preserve methodological rigor and theoretical clarity, emphasis is on model specification, assumption testing, sample size adequacy, and open reporting. Visual frameworks and practical examples help to show even more how these methods expose hidden patterns, model causal links, and guide theory-driven research. Ultimately, the chapter promotes a thoughtful, data-literate, and ethically based approach to quantitative analysis, enabling researchers to generate strong, generalizable, and significant results. This tool is vital for academics hoping to improve their analytical accuracy and significantly support evidence-based policies in education, sustainability, psychology, and social sciences.
