Photovoltaic system in Ukraine is viewed not only as a business opportunity, but also as a way to diversify energy supply and a component of energy safety. Stability and efficiency of Ukraine's energy sector primarily in the development of distributed generation, including green energy. Case-study projects of designed PV-system are presented in paper. Digital Twins of different type of PV- systems designing with usage relevant software is shown.
