Road lighting should ensure conditions for safe communication at night, which involves the ability to see objects from a sufficiently long distance and limit glare. In times of rising energy prices, the economic aspect of lighting is no less important, so good road lighting should also be characterized by high energy efficiency. In mountainous areas, roads are often characterized by a steep slope, which may result in deterioration of lighting parameters and energy efficiency compared to a flat road. The article presents the results of road lighting tests depending on the degree of road slope and the method of mounting luminaires. Lighting parameters such as luminance, uniformity, glare and energy efficiency indicators were analyzed.

摘要
