In this paper an application of InterCriteria Analysis (ICA) with self organizing map neural network is presented. ICA is based on the apparatus of the index matrices and the intuitionistic fuzzy sets. The data for analysis represents proportion of population for all of the European Union countries plus other four from Europe. The analysis is applied over the countries and then membership and non-membership values are used to train two Self Organizing Map neural networks.

摘要
