This chapter aims to present an application of functional data in clinical practice by integrating navigated transcranial magnetic stimulation (nTMS) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data into the routine workflow. This chapter provides insights into the necessary requirements, suggested workflows, and the range of clinical applications. It provides an easy-to-implement reference for departments interested in implementing this workflow.
