Discrete H2-Optimal Synthesis Problem with Nonunique Solution

The paper is devoted to H2-optimization problem for discrete linear time invariant (DLTI) plants with multidimensional control signal. The measurement signal is multidimensional and no noisy. This specific problem statement results in its irregularity and nonuniqueness of the solution. Despite the traditional approaches, using the various modifications of 2-Riccati or LMI (Linear Matrix Inequalities) technique, a special spectral approach to the problem in frequency domain is implemented in the presented research. Applicability and effectiveness of the presented approach are demonstrated by the numerical example with implementation of MATLAB package.
