摘要
A 73-year-old male patient with a history of MINOCA (2000), with a confirmed small area of subendocardial necrosis by cardiac MRI, with LVEF of 50% is admitted to the Cardiology Department for an episode of palpitations accompanied by dyspnea, anxiety, and lightheadedness that had occurred 20 min prior to his presentation to the hospital. His ECG recorded at the arrival to the Cardiology Department is presented in Fig. 1.
