The first ECG recorded by the Mobile Emergency Team showed the presence of ST segment elevation in the anterior leads. The diagnosis of STEMI was established, and the patient underwent urgent coronary angiography, which demonstrated the presence of acute thrombotic occlusion of the proximal left anterior descending coronary artery. PTCA + stent implantation was performed, and the patient was transferred to the Coronary Care Unit. An ECG was recorded by the nurse at arrival (Fig. 1), who is worried and quickly presents it to the junior doctor.
