摘要
A 71-year-old female patient with a history ischemic cardiomyopathy with moderate systolic dysfunction (LVEF of 43%), remote inferior and inferolateral myocardial infarction, and severe three-vessel disease (chronic total occlusion of the right coronary artery, severe stenosis of the left anterior descending coronary artery, treated with PCI and stent implantation, and moderate stenosis of the circumflex coronary artery) is admitted to the Cardiology Department for an episode of palpitations accompanied by dyspnea and anxiety. Her ECG recorded in the Cardiology Department at her arrival is presented in Fig. 1.
