In this context, the online education sector is proposing constructive alternatives to alleviate in some way the aforementioned problems; thus, this case study proposes the development of a system of technological resources which are constituted by a virtual assistant that by means of a keyword routes the use of applications for online tutorials with a teacher avatar and the facial exchange of mutual agreement between teachers for the development of one-way oral communication events to an audience. The results obtained from the survey on the use of these resources indicated that, in the case of the avatar teacher, the greater the similarity in gesticulation and facial features, the greater the interaction with the students; in addition, in the case of facial exchange, it is useful when the staff to be addressed and the activity to be carried out are identified.
