Educational institutions face increasing challenges regarding student mental health, with early detection representing a priority in contemporary educational systems. This study examines the implementation of digital platforms as psychological self-assessment tools in academic settings, with the aim of identifying early signs of emotional disorders. An interactive digital platform was developed that integrates validated psychometric instruments adapted to the school context. The research involved 1,250 students aged 12 to 25 from 18 educational institutions, evaluated over a 24-month period. The results show that these digital tools significantly increased the early identification of emotional risk factors (47% increase compared to traditional methods), improved accessibility to psychological support services (68% increase in preventive consultations) and reduced barriers associated with stigma (53% decrease in resistance to evaluation). Analysis reveals significant correlations between digital response patterns and subsequent clinical manifestations, establishing the viability of these platforms as early warning systems. It is concluded that systematic implementation of digital self-assessments represents a promising innovation for the prevention and early approach to emotional problems in educational contexts, although it requires rigorous ethical considerations regarding privacy and appropriate professional accompaniment.

摘要
