This research addresses the issue of school management, innovation and the use of technology, with the objective of analyzing how the educational institution has managed the implementation of technological tools in school activities. The study employs a bibliographic and cross-sectional methodology that combines a descriptive and analytical approach. Through the application of evaluation instruments for school management and perception of the use of technology, significant results were obtained. It is highlighted that 81.8% of the students consider that the institution reaches an outstanding level in its general performance, while the use of technology in the school environment is valued as satisfactory. These findings indicate that the educational institution has successfully incorporated the use of technologies in academic activities, positively contributing to the strengthening of the teaching-learning process and promoting an innovative environment that improves educational quality. Technological management in the school environment has not only optimized administrative functions but also generated a direct impact on the educational experience of students and teachers.
