Understanding the decision process is important for increasing the trust in AI tools. This Chapter creates an overview of the current state of research for introducing explainability in AI models for Entertainment, Education, and Environment. Aspects like the use of generative AI tools and content personalization in entertainment, the enhancement of educational tools with the potential of introducing bias and the ability to detect patterns and trends in the massive Internet of Things generated data for Environment are investigated. Based on this analysis, this Chapter outlines future trends in this domain.
