Thinking: A Skill For ISSR Society
摘要
Creativity, active listening, judgment and decision-making, service orientation, quality control, negotiation skills, critical thinking, dealing with people, coordinating with others, solving complex problems, emotional intelligence and mental flexibility are the 12 business skills for which the World Economic forum considered to be most important for effective operation in 2015 and 2020s. In this chapter, we agree that these are undoubtedly important skills, but they have one point in common: thinking. It is a skill that we need in a wide variety of thinking operations: recognizing, analyzing, comparing, planning, devising, creating, finding other ways, choosing, deciding, organizing, focusing, summarizing… At the same time, it is a skill that many people are not aware of as a skill, and is approached routinely, confusedly, or emotionally, rather than purposefully, structured, and objectively.
