Synergies of Ethics, Social Responsibility, Social Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Development as a Balance of Society

The chapter is written with the aim of discussing various aspects of a socially responsible society. What are the characteristics of a socially responsible society? Does such a society already have organized activities that lead to this? Can ethics, social responsibility, social entrepreneurship and sustainable development balance a society? The chapter discusses the synergies between ethics, social responsibility, social entrepreneurship and sustainable development and their potential to create a more balanced society. It is based on the claim that these components are key to achieving a more just, ethical and sustainable society. The article emphasizes the importance of personal ethics as a fundamental part of social responsibility, which leads to the individual’s responsibility towards society and the environment. In addition, it considers sustainable development as a key concept that goes beyond only environmental aspects and includes social and economic dimensions as well. It highlights the importance of moving away from excessive consumerism towards more sustainable practices and values. Social entrepreneurship can be an activity that combines moral and economic aspects, contributes to positive social and environmental effects, especially by measuring these effects. The article shows theory, practice (examples of good business and social practices), legislation and thinks about the future of society also from a spiritual and mystical point of view.
