The article investigates the phenomenon of uncertainty. Uncertainty has similarities with the concepts of implicit knowledge, spaces with unknown dimensionality, uncertain set. The paper explores uncertainty and proposes a new approach to reducing uncertainty. Uncertainty is interesting not by itself, but in combination with objects that are characterized by certainty. The antipode of uncertainty is meaningfulness. Uncertainty set the task of its reduction and finding meaningfulness. Dichotomous division and reduction is proposed as a basis for reducing informational uncertainty. Uncertainty can be parametric, temporal and spatial. Interpretability is proposed as a state control. Interpretability can be synonymous with certainty. Finally, a reduction method is proposed to convert uncertainty into certainty. #COMESYSO1120.
