AI technology can offer various advantages to an educational institution, such as boosting engagement, collaboration, and student access. New advancements have been introduced in the evolution of education, like focusing on enhancing students’ writing skills in academic institutions as a fresh teaching method. There are few studies focusing on further exploring the concept of supporting or disrupting in detail. Continuing research and development are essential to fully reap the benefits of implementing Artificial Intelligence and overcoming current limitations. GPT Chat technology has the capability to aid and improve the learning experience on an individual and group level. This paper aims to investigate the impact of chat GPT on education instruction sector, whether it is beneficial or disruptive. The discovery showed that this idea could be a useful resource in both educational settings and for individual learning outside of school.
