The article deals with the process of designing an information system of transportation logistics management of the enterprise using modern technologies and automation methods. Particular attention is paid to the modeling of business processes using the “as is” and “as will be” approaches, performed in the BPwin program. The article describes different design approaches such as original, generic, automated and mixed design and their impact on the efficiency of the enterprise. The technology of mixed design was chosen to develop a model of transport logistics management, which allowed to take into account all the features of the object of automation and optimize the process of system creation. The presented models demonstrate the current state of the processes and the proposed improvements, which ensures the effective implementation of the automated system. Prospects for further development and improvement of automated systems to improve the competitiveness of enterprises are also considered.
