Sparse Multiple Gaussian Graphical Models for Partially Observed Data
摘要
Hematopoiesis is the process of blood cell formation, where progenitor stem cells differentiate into mature blood components. While common regulatory pathways influence progenitor cells, specific networks determine their lineage commitment. This paper explores the regulatory mechanisms guiding the differentiation of red blood cells and platelets from shared precursors. Leveraging the latest RT-qPCR genomic data, we construct a specialized graphical model that integrates external genomic information, enabling the inference of regulatory networks from high-dimensional, partially observed data.
