Because it is important to strike a balance between the needs for growth and environmental safeguards. Sustainable Development is considered to be a process or concept by which the development can be continued and transported over time as well through moderate exploitation of natural resources while keep assuring sustainability in such way that future generations also get benefited with availability these resources. This progress is sustainable only if environmental balance can be maintained. The combination of an environmental and social framework influences overall the quality of life through economic, social as well as cultural policies for a sustainable development and environment protection. And this raises the question, what then is or should be the role of legal legislation in furthering and fulfilling on the Sustainable Development Goals? Because the problem is multidimensional and related to other issues, such as those social-economic-political points of consideration further deep analysis. At the same time, environmental problems generated from excessive use of natural resources are increasing while development is in urgent need for accommodating continuous and more people as well as technology advancements. As such, the broader meaning of how imperative effective legal and regulatory systems are to ensuring sustainable management of natural resources for life persists into future generations expresses quite succinctly both what is at its heart a key principle underpinning sustainability more broadly (development), as well the focus specifically that will guide this research: development.
