Over the course of the pandemic, some industries have thrived, while others—including higher education institutions—have struggled. Economic pressures have led many organizations to cut budgets, including funds for employee development and higher education enrolments. This signals to education providers that they must adapt to meet society’s evolving needs. Higher learning institutions need to rebuild public confidence and trust by enhancing organizational productivity. Organizational productivity can be investigated the Behavioral Engineering Model. This model mapped out the six quadrants of behavior based on environmental and individual factors that leads to performance improvement. The data collected were analyzed using Confidence-Based Estimation of Relevance (CIBER) to generate predictive insights. The result interpret in the CIBER highlights the importance attribute that organization should pay attention to for performance improvement thus helping education providers understand societal demands. This approach supports strategic management, curriculum design, and best practices in higher education, yielding a competitive advantage across industries.
