The rise of new technologies has greatly changed human behavior around the world, with Arab countries increasingly adopting these innovations to boost societal and economic growth. This study examines the progress, challenges and recommendations related to emerging technology adoption in Arab nations. This paper sheds light on the transformative effects of technologies such as Hologram technology, artificial intelligence, Augmented reality and virtual reality. The result shows cultural influences, Language and Localization, Economic Factors, Technological Infrastructure, Political and Regulatory Environment, Youth, Role of the Private Sector, Resistance to Change and Cultural Preservation are the main factors affecting adopting emerging technology in Arab countries. Moreover, the study shows the key challenges include, limited resource access in rural areas, and the necessity for localized content and applications that align with cultural values. Moreover, the fast pace of technological change requires flexible strategies to tackle cybersecurity threats and ethical issues.
