Artificial Intelligence in Education: How AI Tools Shape Students’ Performance at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan

The study aimed to explore the impact of using artificial intelligence tools on academic performance from the perspective of students et al.-Zaytoonah University of Jordan. The descriptive analytical approach followed; the questionnaire used as a tool to collect data based on a random sample of 202 students. The results reveal a direct impact of using artificial intelligence tools in improving students’ academic performance in its various dimensions. These results also highlight the importance of AI tools into teaching and learning. The study also contributes to the existing literature by highlighting some of the challenges and concerns related to the use of these tools in education. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is to draw the attention of decision-makers to the importance of using AI tools in the educational process, in addition to working to educate students about the correct and safe use of these tools.
