In recent years, surging property costs and the complex loan application processes have made it increasingly difficult to achieve homeownership. Islamic home financing offers a Shari’ah compliant option as an alternative, yet its adoption remains below that of conventional financing solutions, despite its ethical advantages. This study tends to browse the gap in prior literature on factors that influencing customers intention to choose Islamic home financing, particularly in Kelantan, Malaysia. This paper uses 310 respondents as a sample from the factory workers. This study will scrutiny the key determinants, including attitude, subjective norms, service provision, religiosity, and lastly pricing. This result has highlighted several components which have seldom that need to be given attention in Islamic home financing. Its present the new insights towards scholar and practitioners as well as practical implications for strategies and development of product through the offering and competitive in Islamic Banks. Additionally, this paper also provides an important understanding and further insight towards consumer behavior in the line of Islamic Finance sector by cater the existing significant gap in the current research.
