The emergence of the AI era is no longer a future, it has started dominating our daily life and career and so is the case with education. In such a scenario it is important to explore the synergy between students and AI system to ensure educational effectiveness, enhance the efficiency of teaching pedagogy, offer a personalised engaging experience for students and guiding the critical thinking skill among students leading to ethical reasoning. There is also a need to address the global challenge of addressing ethical learning concepts powered by AI, by creating frameworks for ethical norms which setting an AI system. Hence this study aimed at identifying the dimensions and the impact of Human and AI collaboration on ethical learning and effectiveness. The study was conducted across diverse group of students from Bangalore city, and the findings of the study pointed to the key dimensions namely Human–Machine Communication, Transparent AI System, Students Engagement, and Ethical AI Infrastructure to influence Human Machine collaboration and also found that these factors played a vital role in explaining Human Machine collaboration and highlighted an effective Human machine collaboration can enhance educational effectiveness within an ethical framework highlighting the importance that integrating AI into pedagogy can enhance educational effectiveness.
