It also identifies areas for improvement, including health care benefits and holiday policies. Statistical investigations show homogeneity in benefit evaluations across joint-related factors. The study highlights the significance of emotional intelligence in boosting job happiness and suggests solutions to improve teacher well-being and workplace policies.
